Data controller
The DUDUKIST team handles enquiries to help select an instrument and answer questions. Data enquiries: info@dudukist.ru.
Data and purposes
We use your name, phone number, enquiry topic and any selection answers to respond to your enquiry. Do not provide payment, identity-document, medical or other people's data. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Legal grounds
Consultation enquiries rely on separate consent. Data necessary for a contract requested by you or its performance may be processed on the corresponding legal basis. Marketing subscriptions are not part of this release.
Processing
The site server forwards enquiries to staff via MAX and email using Resend over HTTPS. The site does not create a lead database or enquiry files. Enquiry content remains in recipient messages and is processed by delivery providers.
Access and processors
The DUDUKIST team receives enquiries. Delivery uses MAX and Resend. Resend is a foreign email service and receives the name, phone number, enquiry content and technical context. Email delivery therefore involves transfer to a foreign processor.
Retention
Consultation requests are retained for up to 90 days from receipt, or until the purpose is fulfilled or consent withdrawn earlier, unless another lawful basis applies. Contract and statutory records have separate legal retention periods. Deletion procedures must include copies and processors.
Your rights
Request access, correction, restriction, deletion or withdraw consent at info@dudukist.ru. Provide the contact used in your enquiry and your request. Only necessary verification information may be requested. Requests are handled within statutory deadlines.
Technical data
Your browser stores theme and external-player preferences. Rutube video players load only after permission. Music services open in a new tab when you follow a link. Analytics and advertising trackers are not connected. Hosting may process IP addresses and request details to deliver and secure the site; logs and retention must be reviewed when hosting is configured. See Cookies and external services.
Security and changes
Enquiry access is restricted and files are kept outside public site directories. Launch requires HTTPS, protected accounts and backups with defined deletion periods. The policy version is shown on this page; changes to purposes or services require an updated policy.
